Stephen Ferry aporta casi 30 años de experiencia como fotógrafo de no ficción, habiendo colaborado con publicaciones como National Geographic, The New York Times y GEO. También ha trabajado extensamente con Human Rights Watch como investigador visual. Su práctica aborda temas cruciales como los derechos humanos, la supervivencia cultural y la conservación ambiental, ofreciendo a los estudiantes una perspectiva profundamente informada sobre la narrativa documental y la responsabilidad visual. Abierto a todos los géneros y métodos de trabajo, este Crit Lab ofrece un entorno intensivo y de apoyo para fotógrafos que desean profundizar en su enfoque artístico y editorial. Course Level / Prerequisite: Intermediate: You are familiar with a camera, whether film or digital. You understand aperture, shutter speed, exposure, white balance, histograms, and how to control focus. You are comfortable editing and processing your images. You may want to learn how to utilize your camera in a more thoughtful and articulate way, or learn more about lighting or how to utilize theoretical concepts in relation to your portfolio of work.
