Replacement ID Card

This fee covers the cost of a replacement student or faculty ID card.

Please note that only participants in onsite courses that meet for more than one day receive an ID card.

Once your request has been verified and payment received, a replacement ID card will be available for pick up at the Education office or ICP Library desk after 3 business days between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM on Mon-Sat (schedule is subject to change.)

ID cards may only be released to the individual identified on the card. Please bring a photo ID or other identification when picking up your ID card.
