An AI Ice Breaker (Online)

This course invites students to use generative AI in the realms of photography and imagemaking—not as a final tool, but as an imaginative companion in creative practices. Participants explore AI as a means to generate ideas, whether to fight creative block or get a new vantage point on an existing project. We also cover how AI works, in addition to interpreting AI-generated data and understanding the nuances of AI tools. Leveraging technology to aid in conceptualization, students build innovative artistic strategies while maintaining their artistic vision as the centerpiece of the creative process.

Course Level / Prerequisite: Open to all skill levels. Students ranging from beginner to experienced will be successful in classes that are Open to All Skill Levels.
