The word "home" has many different meanings and interpretations. What makes you "feel at home"? In this online workshop, students explore house, home, identity, family and history through still life photography. Student screate still life photographs in the places where they spend most of their time. We explore light, balance, object, and narrative in the singular image.

Prerequisite:  Open to All Skill Levels: Students ranging from beginner to experienced will be successful in classes.

Note: All camera formats are welcome.

Courses are subject to minimum enrollment. Please register early, within five days of the start-date, to reduce the likelihood of course cancellation and to ensure you receive all course-related materials in time to prepare for class.

Students should have prepared for the first day examples of their photographic work. If students don't have examples, then, please be prepared to show examples of other still life imagery that you admire. And, please think about a story about your home or family lore.
