Springtime Skies: Discovering the Season's Light (Online)

Each season brings its own light, a fundamental element of photography. This seminar broadens your appreciation of spring’s light—whether on a sun-filled morning or a rainy afternoon, in an interior or exterior space. Students learn to discern direction, hue, and intensity, and to use these and other qualities to support their imagemaking practices. We use light as a tool as well as a guide to discovering subject matter. Class time focuses on critiques. This class is limited to 10 students.

Course Level / Prerequisite: Open to all skill levels. Students ranging from beginner to experienced will be successful in classes that are Open to All Skill Levels.

Courses are subject to minimum enrollment. Please register early, within five days of the start-date, to reduce the likelihood of course cancellation and to ensure you receive all course-related materials in time to prepare for class.
