Looking for a process to give your photographic images a luminescent quality? Printing your digital images on vellum and applying imitation metallics or genuine gold leaf achieves that effect. We begin with assorted tones of imitation metal and complete the workshop with genuine gold leaf. This workshop is designed to stimulate ideas and introduce you to new possibilities for your photography. Any subject genre, such as still life, abstract, landscape, or portrait, is suitable for this process. This course is limited to 12 students.

Course Level / Prerequisite: Open to all skill levels. Students ranging from beginner to experienced will be successful in classes that are Open to All Skill Levels.

Students should arrive with 5 – 10 digital files on an external hard drive or jump drive. Any subject genre such as still life, abstract, landscape and portrait is suitable for this process. A one inch 9”x12” box is useful to carry your pieces home. Wear comfortable shoes and bring an apron to protect your clothes.
