Lightroom II: Advanced Techniques

This course takes students to the next level in Adobe Lightroom, where they learn best practices for creating polished edits and scaled-up solutions for organizing, developing, and outputting large groups of digital images. Participants learn advanced editing techniques and how to easily replicate those effects. The course also covers output modules, from print to web. Students harness the expansive possibilities of Lightroom for editing and image management and develop a workflow to use them with speed and efficiency.

Note: This course takes place in ICP Digital Media Labs where students will have access to Adobe Creative Cloud software and will receive an additional 5 lab hours, to complete class work. .

Course Level / Prerequisite: Intermediate Lightroom: You are familiar with Lightroom. You understand the fundamentals of image input and output. You may be interested in developing experience with image adjustments and workflow.
